2. Scope
This policy applies to data collected through this website only. It does not cover data processed by individual consortium members (Accor, Groupe ADP, Amadeus, Capgemini, Digital New Deal, Docaposte, EONA-X) inside their own products and services, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.
The interactive prototype on this site uses entirely synthetic, illustrative data. No real bookings, payments, identity attestations, or third-party integrations occur through this preview. Anything you type into the prototype is processed only client-side in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on a server.
3. What data we collect
3.1 — Information you provide directly
- Contact form: when you fill in the contact form on the home page, you submit your name, email address, organisation (optional), and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Access code: the access code you enter to unlock this preview is processed in your browser only; it is not transmitted to a server.
3.2 — Information collected automatically
- Local storage: your language preference and unlock status are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
- Server logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, timestamp, browser type, URL accessed) are kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging purposes, with limited retention.
This site does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, advertising trackers, or social media trackers.
4. Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. We use only the browser's local storage to remember your language and unlock preferences. No third-party cookies are set.
5. Where data is stored
All data collected through this site is processed and stored in Paris, France, on infrastructure operated by OVH, a French hosting provider headquartered in Roubaix. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
6. How long we keep data
- Contact-form submissions: kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to your enquiry, then archived for at most 24 months for legitimate-interest reasons (project follow-up).
- Server logs: typically retained 30 days.
- Local-storage entries: persist on your device until you clear them or revoke them through your browser settings.
